Well.. indeed i did not post anything up in such a long long time. now here i a.. writing something. it was my birthday, and i had fun. went to zirca, wasn't very fantastic, is boring in fact. nothing much. But i do have my surprise. my gf came, with a bouquet of flower, roses in fact. my friends threw me a surprise, a slice of bday cake. well.. i knew about it, but only when she was stopped by the bouncer.
the actual day was lunch at wild rocket.. well, i simply guessed that, not sure why.. but it seems like i could predict that. it was great lunch, although is raining very heavily. the place is small, i could just count the no of tables. not sure why there were many people having lunch, cos its located away from the city. i had a 3 course lunch, with soup.. the cream of carrot. yummy. they had this few drips of olive oil on top. i could just taste that. and the wild rocket burger. yummy juicy beef. i love their dessert, the milk ice cream with caramel. i'm not a caramel fan, but that caramel is nice cos its something different. different from what we usually have.it had this pinch of salt thingy. and you can feel the raw sugar in it. so after lunch, we went to the cathay to watch 2012!! Finally, the show is out.. the grand cathay cinema was packed, and when i bought it @ the counter, the digital only left the 1st 3-4 rows, compared to the normal movie, left the 1st row. not sure why people didn't want to watch the digital. i thought it is better than the normal movie.
the movie, was about the world coming to and end in 21 Dec 2012. the earth destablising. i love the effects. and those action. i often wonder.. maybe bing in the sky is better, at least you won't get killed. people got hit by the rocks, the buildings and then the tsunami. |
