most outstanding liar?well..i didn't see someone so shameless, giving so many lame excuses, and lies just to default on payment. oh c'mon, is your dog. your duty to take care of it, if u do not want to pay, or wanna give up, just say so. well, don't have to waste each and everyone's time to play your stupid lil game. lies and lies were heard over n over again. pls come up with better excuse. we just didn't wanna expose you and your bf lies. so don't test our patience.
excuse 1:did not send her dog back in the morning, which requested. but apparently, called her n she say she left. but told me another story. (a round of applause). excuse 2: pls send back at 10.00-10.30pm that night (but her bf called n say send back at 11pm, will inform you). excuse 3: give me a breakdown of the bill (well.. what for? when she don't even intend to pay), & send back in the early morning tomorrow. but we went to the place in the early morning, but only found her bf there with NO CASH. & reason being... i wasn't with her yesterday, therefore no $. how can that be, when the guy called me up after the girl hang up, and they were just side by side on the same train, using the girl hp to call my no. excuse 4: pushing the blame to us, claiming that her bf did not receive the vaccination card, which is a bloody lame excuse. cos the receipt is given, n she can check the record at the vet clinic as its under name. hw can it be we didn't give? i personally attached it to all the invoices. so if she recieve the invoice, y nt the card? i stapled it. excuse 5: say the dog got a lot of ticks, when is her place haven't de-tick clean n proper. well, luckily, we check the dog before we send back. excuse 6: claim y didn't we shower the dog, when we showered a couple of times before the dog going back, but always didn't manage to go back due to the owner postpone time n time, saying they have not detick the place, or detick just the day before. still have the cheek to tell me to understand where she is coming from, n asking us to waive her boarding fees, claiming its always our fault and not hers. well, in this world, not all customers r right. the salesperson always give in bcos they give you face, n benefit of doubt. but that doesn't give you the right to take advantage of the person.
hmmm... then giving excuses to default payment, say coming down to settle the balance payment, but did not turn up. n then say will transfer the $ over by tonight, but didn't receive any. so, just save us the trouble, n stop playing your lil games. if you think earning $ is hard, n u don't wish to part with your money. pls think of other ppl who is also running a biz, as you pay for what your dog has received.
so pls beware of this customer (whom i shall not named) with her great dane, she is still looking for some place to board her pet.
well, its not going to be over. if you make the hell out of us, be prepared.. you will receive the same treatment- the hassle. |
